3 Ways to Open Msconfig in Windows 11

Msconfig aka system configuration is a Windows inbuilt tool for troubleshooting startup programs or managing boot-up settings.

here is how you can able to open system configuration ( msconfig ) using run, cmd, and search,

1. Msconfig visa run

1. press window + r, to open a run app that features text box

2. type msconfig in the text box and press enter.

the system config window will be opened,

2. Msconfig via cmd and PowerShell

You can also use Windows PowerShell and command prompt to open msconfig in Windows with just one command, 

1. open PowerShell or cmd using the windows search bar in the start menu.

2. open it as administrator.

3. type msconfig and press enter, 

The command will be the same in both PowerShell and cmd, it's your choice which app you use to open msconfig.

Windows search is a great way to find any program on pc including msconfig, to search that,

1. click on the search icon in the windows 11 taskbar or press the window +  s shortcut to open the search.

2. type msconfig in the box

3. select the system configuration app from the search result and click on run as administrator.
