How to Check CPU Usage in Windows PC

If you need to check CPU usage in a Windows PC, follow the below-given steps to easily figure out the CPU temperature of your PC,

1. Use task manager 

Task Manager is a great tool for monitoring Windows operating system hardware components in real-time. It provides key data from hardware with usage statistics,

1. Open task manager by pressing Ctrl shift Esc 

2. Click on the performance tab

3. In cpu section inspect CPU usage in real time presented as a graph over time

4. To see which app is using CPU, click on processes and select CPU option 

5. Here you will see apps with CPU utilization, click on the CPU section again to sort the view according to CPU usage.

2. Use resources to monitor 

Resources monitor is a Windows inbuilt app similar to Task Manager but gives more technical data about how your apps use CPU resources.

1. Search resources monitor in the Windows search bar and select it

2. Select the CPU tab located in the top menu bar

3. Here you will see real-time data related to all CPU core usage utilization and how many threads each program consumes.

4. You can right-click on any process to stop it from running or search online directly from there.
