How to Create a Virtual Desktop in Windows 10

If you use a lot of apps at once and need to group them together for convenience and improve productivity then a virtual desktop can be extremely helpful for you,

Here is how you can easily add or remove as many virtual desktops as you want and also a customization option for virtual desktops,

To add a virtual desktop,

1. Press the Windows+ Tab key or press the task view icon located on the right side of the Windows default search bar.

2. If you won't see the task view icon then right-click on the taskbar black space and check on the show task view button option 

3. Click on the new desktop option located in the top left section on the task view windows 

4. You can create as many virtual desktops with this method according to your PC hardware limit.

To switch between desktop 

After successfully creating a virtual desktop you need to quickly switch to work with that desktop,

To switch virtual desktop,

1. Press the task view icon or press the windows+ Tab key

2. Click on the virtual desktop you want to switch 

3. You can use alt+ shift+ left and Alt+shift+ right key

To delete the virtual desktop 

Here are simple ways you can delete a virtual desktop in Windows 10,

1. Press windows+Tab or click on the task view icon in taskbar

2. Hover the cursor to the desktop that you want to delete and click on the cross icon much like the window closes.
