How to force quit window in Windows PC

Let's see,

1. End task in task manager

To immediately force close the opened window in Windows use the task manager process feature.

1. Open task manager by pressing Ctrl shift Esc key

2. In the process tab search or scroll to find the target program that you want to close

3. Right-click on the program and select the end task

That's it you are now successfully closing freezer or open windows using task manager 

If any case of shortcuts not opening then try Windows alt delete key and select Task Manager to open it.

2. Press windows+ F4

You can press the windows+ alt key to close the window immediately one by one of the multiple windows in a row.

3. Use cmd

You can use the command prompt application to force the quit window in Windows PC without the need for a task manager if want,

To do that,

1. Open cmd by searching cmd in the windows search bar 

2. In the command prompt type ‘tasklist,’ then hit ‘enter.’ Find the app you want to force quit in the list that displays

3. Type ‘taskkill/im insertprogram.exe’ and press enter to force quit that application window.

If you want to use Windows powershell to force quit window then paste the same command in Powershell as cmd to force quit.

1. Open PowerShell in search bar and click on administrator 

2. Paste ‘tasklist,’ and press enter.

3. Type ‘taskkill/im insertprogram.exe’ and hit enter to remove and quit the window.

4. Use settings

 If you want to quit as well as terminate that app to fix any stuck windows then try these steps to do that,

1. Open settings by pressing window+ I

2. Click on apps 

3. Scroll down or search app that you want to force quit 

4. Click on advanced settings 

5. Click on the terminate button 

This will close any open window of that specific app and stop any ongoing processes by that app and services.
