How to Setup Windows Hello in Windows

Windows Hello is Microsoft's built-in security feature that allows users to directly sign in to their PC without using or entering a password in Windows PC,

There are three ways Windows Hello works in oc,

1. Facial recognition: you can use your face data to unlock your Windows device.

2. Fingerprint: it allows you to sign in Windows device using your fingerprint identification.

3. Pin: you can use a 4 4-digit PIN instead of a long password to quickly access and unlock the PC.

In this post, I will show you how you can easily set Windows Hello on your Windows device,

1. Open settings by pressing the window+ I key

2. Click on account 

3. Select sign in option 

4. Select the Windows Hello variant you want to set ( facial recognition, fingerprint, or PIN)

5. Follow on-screen instructions to successfully set Windows hello 

Immediately test your Windows Hello setup by pressing the window+ L key to lock your PC and try to unlock it with your newly added Windows Hello sign-in option.

How to remove or disable Windows Hello 

If you don't want to use Windows Hello for any reason then you can easily able to remove it and use a password as a signed-in method,

To do that,

1. Open Windows settings using the start menu

2. Click on account> sign-in option 

3. Select your Windows Hello variant 

4. Click on the remove button to remove it

It will ask for your current PIN or password to successfully remove Windows hello
